Stine Gry Carotta

People Manager

Stine joined Langebæk as People Manager in August 2023 to build up and strengthen our Human Resources efforts.

With a broad experience within Talent Acquisition & the full employee journey experience, Stine brings more than 12 years of professional expertise on an international level. Stines is driven by making a difference and feeling the people.

Her recent position was as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at LEGO Group. Prior to that, Stine worked at Bang & Olufsen for 4 years, just as her CV also covers a +5 1/2-year career in different roles at McKinsey and nearly one year at Rambøll.

As an educational background, Stine has a Marketing degree from 2010 at Copenhagen Business School.
