Sandra Otzen

Consultant

Sandra Otzen joined Langebæk in December 2022 as Consultant and is affiliated with the Danish office. 

  

As Consultant, she contributes to a range of projects, applying her expertise in workflows, operations, and technology to develop innovative and effective solutions for clients. Sandra is responsible for analysing workflows, optimising production processes, and using data to provide needed insights. 

  

Prior to joining Langebæk, Sandra worked closely with the healthcare industry, wherein she supported clients throughout project lifecycles, including on-site support during go-live phases, ensuring smooth transitions and effective implementation of new systems or processes. Sandra also worked on enhancing operational efficiency through improvement initiatives and the integration of advanced healthcare technologies. 

  

Sandra’s academic background includes a B.Sc. in Healthcare Technology from DTU and a master’s degree in Operations & Management Engineering from Aalborg University (Copenhagen), where she graduated in 2021. Her master’s Thesis, developed with a leading healthcare company, focused on improving customer service management processes.  

Additionally, her five years of international experience in healthcare IT and technology have equipped her with a robust understanding of workflows, operations, and collaboration across industries.
