Magnus Schultz

Lead Consultant

Magnus Schultz joined Langebæk as Lead Consultant in March 2024 and is affiliated with the Swedish office in Stockholm.

 

As Lead Consultant, Magnus is team leader at the Stockholm office and drives projects in different roles.

Magnus has expertise within strategy and development and is involved on multiple levels of the supply chain. He has extensive experience working across multiple industries – from foodservice and retail to medical care.

Magnus’s core competencies are highlighted in logistics strategy, wherein he locates challenges and develops effective solutions to counteract them.

 

Prior to joining Langebaek, he was responsible for a logistics development department and was part of the management team at a large Swedish logistics company with a high development pace, where several major projects and implementations were carried out under Magnus’s leadership. Magnus thus has experience in decision-making processes, change management, and leadership.

 

Furthermore, Magnus holds a MSc. in Business Administration, which heavily focused on incorporating the logistics perspective. Apart from his professional and educational journeys, he has also been attending and obtaining certifications the likes of Axiom – all contributing to his invaluable skillset he possesses today.
