Lead Consultant to Langebæk A/S

Your role

You will be part of a proud specialized organization founded in Denmark in 1977. Based in Allerød, Denmark, you will work closely together with 45+ dedicated colleagues across our offices and onsite with our customers. As an international consultancy, we pride ourselves on going wherever our customers need us. You can expect to travel when employed with Langebæk. How much will vary, with some projects requiring extensive travel, while other projects involve little or no travel.

Your key responsibilities

As a subject matter expert with a track record of managing complex projects, you will:

  • Provide specialized insights and solutions to customers and projects, managing complex projects with ownership of the problem-solving process.
  • Actively manage stakeholders, ensuring high-quality and insightful analyses, and tailor materials to individual customer needs.
  • Design, communicate, and implement compelling recommendations while handling sensitive issues constructively.
  • Prioritize effectively, deploy resources strategically, and manage large projects under challenging circumstances.
  • Challenge and develop the team, providing extraordinary coaching.
  • Help identify new commercial opportunities.

 

What we offer

You are passionate about logistics, SCM, and project management, with an ability to break complex challenges into simple and executable plans and steps. You are an excellent priority setter, acting as a role model with emerging people development skills. Additionally, you have:

  • Extensive hands-on experience within intra-logistic and SCM including a proven track record managing projects in this area.
  • Solid commercial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills (in English and one Scandinavian language), with the ability to adjust to different audiences and handle challenging situations.
  • Experience as a management consultant and/or with strategy development and implementation projects is a plus.
